After months of denial, the flooded basement forced a home owner to admit the problem might be an extensive plumbing issue. Unfortunately this happened on Father's Day 2016. Fortunately for the home owner, Rashad came. This home owner is an aerospace engineer. After Rashad spent hours, painstakingly satisfying every spec. for this homeowner, a contract was made. Unfortunately, administrative error caused a major schedule delay and aerospace-engineer-home-owner, who has an International schedule to keep, became more distraught. Fortunately for myself, Rashad came again, this time with a team! As a team, these men dealt with difficult parameters and unpleasant attitudes from all directions. Like Rashad, Tomas M, Fred R. Aaron K. , Ricardo P. and others on site, worked with, not against an extremely stressed, meticulous-minded-home-owning-engineer. Communication was also not always streamlined for these gentlemen and they worked continuously, in the chaos, with extreme patience. To each of you that were here for the week of 'fun', you helped my father more than you will know. It wasn't easy, I know. You are skilled professionals on all levels. Thank you each. more

Jason provided excellent service even though he was provided no information about the problem from his company. He snaked all drains to try to prevent a recurrence of the problem. He even cleaned up a mess left from work done by another employee. I have been having problems with a sewer line replacement, so this high rating is for Jason NOT ARS. more

I had no heat on a Saturday. He got here a little after 2 pm, had the problem figured out right away. He had to go to Carrier to get the part and was back shortly thereafter. Got the part replaced and was on his way before 5 pm. Did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. more

Jason and his apprentice worked tirelessly. What started as a simple water heater replacement turned into a bit more complicated, needing to replace my crawl space valve and hunt and find the outside valve control. Late on a Saturday night. They kept such a wonderful, motivated attitude. I am happy with their work, and would recommend them. One disclaimer however - because my needs were on an urgent basis (old water heater sprung a leak), I didn't do a lot of price comparison shopping with other local plumbers, so I can't speak to how competitive their prices might be. more

Aaron came out to our house to fix a plumbing problem.. He arrived very quickly and fixed the problem quickly as well. He was very friendly and knowledgable. The phone staff was great too. more

Aaron Lyle was OUTSTANDING and ARS is lucky o have such a bright, polite and honest young man. We called for a drain cleaning. Per Aaron's direction we tried to duplicate the problem by turning on all the water sources in the house but the drain would not back up. I expected Aaron to try and sell me on a bunch of different things or at least charge me a service charge for coming out. He gave me a few options which I refused and he gave me an alternative solution that he referred me to, but he did not ask for a cent. I couldn't believe the company would not try to collect money and Aaron's professional demeanor was second to none. I won't hesitate to call ARS next time I have an issue, but I truly wish I could have Aaron respond again. Thank you Aaron Lyle! You have a very bright future in front of you so please don't ever settle. ARS, you need to hang on to this young star as any company would be crazy not to hire him. more
