Outstanding Job 2/15/2013

Justin arrived at our home last night around Feb 13, 2013 @ 7:30-8:00pm. Just wanted to let you know that he did an outstanding job. Very courteous and took the time to explain what was happening. He suggested we have our sewer drain scoped, thus possibly preventing a major expense if we were to replace said sewer line. We have scheduled this for Monday at 3:00 pm .\r I don't normally write accolades for services rendered, but in this case, Justin just an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to have him resolve our problem. I will recommend ARS to my friends. Actually, I met Justin when he was working at our friends home, just two homes up from us. Marion Vail. She too was very impressed with Justin's work. Not to mention that your prices are very fair for us retired types. more

My furnace went out on New Year's Eve. Keith showed up on time, left me with a portable heater to make it through the night and then showed up at 8:45 on New Year's day. He spent most of the day here because the first motor did not work. Finally had heat at 4:30 pm! Keith and ARS provided professional and excellent service. Thank goodness for people like Keith! more

I just want to thank Troy for the excellent support that he provided us with when we had to deal with the City of Westminster when they relined the sewers and sealed of the tap. If he had not gone to bat for us we would never have gotten the problem solved. He had to talk with the city crew that came out to check our complaint that we had no sewer service. The city just kept trying to say that it was our problem and that the plumbers needed to do their job. Troy had already done the assessment necessary to get the city to repair the damage that they had done. The long and the short of it is that Troy went above and beyond to get this matter resolved. In the meantime he contacted a company that could evaluate and clean up our crawl space of the sewer mess. They did a wonderful job as well. Thanks for the great service. Gus & Linda\r more
