Aaron Lyle was OUTSTANDING and ARS is lucky o have such a bright, polite and honest young man. We called for a drain cleaning. Per Aaron's direction we tried to duplicate the problem by turning on all the water sources in the house but the drain would not back up. I expected Aaron to try and sell me on a bunch of different things or at least charge me a service charge for coming out. He gave me a few options which I refused and he gave me an alternative solution that he referred me to, but he did not ask for a cent. I couldn't believe the company would not try to collect money and Aaron's professional demeanor was second to none. I won't hesitate to call ARS next time I have an issue, but I truly wish I could have Aaron respond again. Thank you Aaron Lyle! You have a very bright future in front of you so please don't ever settle. ARS, you need to hang on to this young star as any company would be crazy not to hire him.
