John was very professional in doing his job. He demonstrated great patience by listening to my questions and answering them, even allowing me to watch his work. He went above and beyond in respecting and protecting my property. He wore coverings on his shoes and kept the work area neat as he proceeded, then thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The price was more than fair for the high quality of his work. Should I have any plumbing needs, in the future, I would not hesitate to call on him. My sincere thanks for a job well done. more

Great Work 9/10/2014

The first ARS Charleston representative I met was Bruce. He trouble shot the system and was very friendly, on time and professional. He came out on a Saturday and had me in touch with Mark B. who came out at 5:30 in the evening on Saturday to discuss my options. Mark was able to schedule a new install for an AC unit by Tuesday. He was a straight forward and a pleasure to work with. He was able to loan me a mobile unit until the fixed unit could be installed. DJ and Josh installed the unit and were professional, courteous and timely. They had me up, running and cooled off in half the time I expected. Overall great experience and good group to work with in a less than pleasant situation (AC out and HOT). more

6-month maintenance 10/18/2012

Bruce was very thorough. He examined the furnace and replaced the filter. Even though we were going into fall/winter, he checked the AC too. He installed a "grenade" on the AC, a device to minimize corrosion since I live one block from a salt-water river. Bruce has been to my house before and knows my system well. I was happy to find out that I could ask for him by name for future servicing. more

Follow up on initial inspection 9/27/2012

The service technician Tommy L. returned to replace motor in AC after he observed it was not performing properly. This was done the same day much to my delight. This individual performed the install without any problem was extremely professional and represents this company well. I would certainly recommend ARS and the technicial to individuals that asked "who do you know" questions. more

i would recomend Frank C with ARS to anyone I know that needs good dependable work/service on their AC unit. Frank C was honest. Frank C listened to my concerns. He showed up on time, he was polite. After a disapointing experience when I scheduled the service call, Frank C was awesome. I will call on him in the future.He saved me from going with another service provider. I can't thank him enough. more
