Bruce was very thorough. He examined the furnace and replaced the filter. Even though we were going into fall/winter, he checked the AC too. He installed a "grenade" on the AC, a device to minimize corrosion since I live one block from a salt-water river. Bruce has been to my house before and knows my system well. I was happy to find out that I could ask for him by name for future servicing.
