Review content:
The first ARS Charleston representative I met was Bruce. He trouble shot the system and was very friendly, on time and professional. He came out on a Saturday and had me in touch with Mark B. who came out at 5:30 in the evening on Saturday to discuss my options. Mark was able to schedule a new install for an AC unit by Tuesday. He was a straight forward and a pleasure to work with. He was able to loan me a mobile unit until the fixed unit could be installed. DJ and Josh installed the unit and were professional, courteous and timely. They had me up, running and cooled off in half the time I expected. Overall great experience and good group to work with in a less than pleasant situation (AC out and HOT).
