I called ARS to wire a Nest Thermostat. All that was needed was a single wire. I was quoted around $160 to set up this Common Wire. This was more than it should have been, but ...

Ceiling Leak Fixed fast! 2/24/2015

Roberto from ARS Charleston showed up within an hour of calling & was incredibly polite, and explained everything clearly to me about the leaking unit in our attic. He fixed it temporarily, and ordered a new part for our system. I am constantly impressed with the service by ARS Charleston. Thank you! more

Extremely Bad Customer Service 12/24/2014

Really should be zero stars. Failed to show up for scheduled appointment. When phoned, they would not call back. Finally after waiting 8 hours!!! the manager phoned and said they would not come that day, that I would have to call to reschedule for another day! He was very rude also! more

Semi-annual heating/air conditioning maintenance check 12/22/2014

Appointment had to be changed seversl times and ARS handled the situation well. Technician was promopt and courteous and appeared knowledgeable. Performed inspection efficiently and made good suggestions. more

Drain gagged when wife fed it too much 11/6/2014

Called ARS @ 8:30AM and Tony C was at the house by 10:30. He took my info, diagosed the problem, developed a plan of attack and shortly thereafter the drains were freerunning again. Couldn't have asked for better service. He's diligent and personable. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter and Tony C.! more

ARS - Yearly Service Visit 10/24/2014

Roberto came out to my home for an annual air/heat service visit. He was very professional and efficient. Made and explained his recommendation. Easy breezy. I do have to say, however, that this was the 4th attempt with ARS to get someone to my home within the appointment's scheduled time. That was kind of a bummer. more
