After trying several handymen in the area and being disappointed in their speed of service and reliability I found Andy On Call online. That day they had Russ come out within two hours. He completed all the work I needed within 3 days and even worked the weekend to get it done. His work was amazing and he went out of his way to help me and find solutions to everything I needed. I used Andy on Call for the second time and it is clear, whether the job is big or small, they do outstanding work, promptly, professionally and economically. From the remodel the did on my garage, to the installation of a new door to my crawl space, the craftmanship and attention to detail is the same. I have used Andy on Call for a few home projects now and I would recommend them to anyone. Scheduling is easy and prompt. Ron has been my technician each time and he does a great job. He is very thorough with his work and keeps you informed to tell you what/why he is doing what he does. You can tell he really cares. Pricing has always been fair and below what I thought it would be. He also cleans up after all of his work and you would never know he was there. more

I just bought a 28 year old home in Marietta and I will absolutely use Andy On Call again. Cricket was very helpful and friendly when I called. She made sure I knew when someone would be there and recorded everything that I needed to get a quote on. David showed up on time and went through everything I needed done. He took great notes, called Cricket and had a quote while he was still there. David also did all of the work. He was here for 2 days. I added a couple of items to his list, he got me a price, and rearranged his schedule so he could complete them without rescheduling. He showed up on time, did tile work, caulked tubs, installed 2 vent fans and 3 toilets, repaired 3 doors, repaired a hole in the wall, worked around people I had quoting windows, took care of everything on the list, kept me informed about what was done, and cleaned up after himself. He also found a problem with a fan that had been installed improperly and made sure that he corrected the problem when he replaced it. He was friendly, polite, very professional and worked extremely hard for hours on end. I was very impressed with the entire operation and thrilled that I found them. more

From reading previous reviews, it appears ownership has changed since the negative postings a few years ago. I can speak only of my experience yesterday. They are GREAT and I will certainly use them again. Cricket (in the Marietta office) was extremely accommodating and nice, and she managed to get a handyman out within a few hours of when I called. David arrived, took stock of my situation (a few minor leak problems and a garbage disposal issue) and set about fixing things. Turns out, one of the issues was not minor, and will require the help of a plumber. David went above and beyond for me - fixed what he could, and although I won't detail everything, did an extremely kind thing for me as well. A superb bunch of folks, who definitely do not want to rip people off. They are more interested in happy and repeat customers. How refreshing. And because of the kindness of David, I will certainly use them again. It's quite apparent they understand the service industry. more

I am about to use Andy On Call for the third time and love this company. They always answer the phone (no IVR to mess with! :-) )and make scheduling a job nice and easy. The quality of work has been first rate and the people fantastic to work with. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing a repair of any size. more

We recently had our built in entertainment center redone to acomodate a 50 inch flat screen t.v. Michael from Andy on Call did an AMAZING job!! He took in consideration our existing furniture placement, added dental molding and LISTENED to what WE WANTED!! It is even better than I expected!! We had several quotes and I thought they were very reasonable. more

I have always been very with the level of service that I've received and the final work product. It's the second time I've had them out for some various issues around the house. They're very reliable, courteous, neat, and that's really it. We chose them because they're kind of a one-stop shop, where the estimate process is easy and they'll assess and give you a price right on the spot. more

When I initially called Andy OnCall Marietta they sent someone to our house right away. The person assessed what materials we needed to buy and scheduled a day for a worker to come out and complete the job. We have used them a couple of times now and we have never had any complaints about their work. They have replaced some siding on the back of the house, straightened our fence out, and they put ceramic tile in our laundry room and hallway on the second floor. more

Andy OnCall Marietta's did a combination of plumbing, electrical, and household projects for me. They did an excellent job. The man who came over told me what he was doing before he started, he gave me an estimate with the breakdown, and he let me know if parts were cheaper or more expensive. Overall, the estimate was higher than what he charged me so I saved! He finished on time-all in one day even though he had to run to Home Depot twice for extra supplies as I added new tasks once he arrived. The company has a live person answering their phone, and their employees are easy to understand and very friendly. Go with Andy OnCall because they are definitely reliable. They called me when they said they would, there was nothing shabby about their work, and it ending up costing me less than their original estimate. more

We had Chad come to give us an estimate to replace some siding and repair or replace our front door. We received a very fair estimate. He did the repairs promptly and much to our satisfaction.
