Replacement of external door threshold 2/1/2012

Good experience with the office and exceptional experience with Brian the serviceman. I had water seeping under my basement door from the outside. Called Andy OnCall and made an appointment. Brian came on time and sized up the job. After a quick trip to pick up the materials, he finished the job in good time and charged a fair price. There were no surprises and I will use these folks again. more

The fellow from Andy OnCall who did the work was exceptional. He really got a gauge of what we wanted very, very quickly. He also made suggestions on how we could improve on what we wanted to do, and they all were fantastic. I went up to check on the unit last night and the quality of the work was pretty good. They also came in under budget, which is not necessarily good for them, but it was great for me, and how frequently does that happen? more

The guy Mike was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. He had high attention to detail. When he was not happy with what he did, he went back and did the task over to make sure it was perfect. They were quality oriented and took pride in what they did. He made sure it looked great when finished. more

Ron came to my house and did an esxcellent job! He is very experienced and knows alot! He fixed my toliets, my shower, my sink, my garbage disposal, my kitchen faucet, and painted around the house. I am definetely going to call him back when I need him - he's great! more

Very impressive. 10/27/2011

Andy OnCall did some work for my daughter's condominium. They changed out faucets, put an entertainment center together, and hung a big, heavy mirror. They also did something else in her bedroom, but I can't really remember because they just did a lot, and in a really short, reasonable amount of time. I was very impressed. more

Replaced/repaired termite damage 10/15/2011

Phil did a great job removing and replacing compromised wood in my bay window. He arrived on time and completed the job by the next morning. The job was completed as expected with no add-on costs. I will call back in the future for any repair issues. more

Best Customer Service 9/22/2011

From the time that Steve answered the phone we knew that we hired the right people. The level of customer service we received was above and beyond what you see in the marketplace today. Leonard did excellent work for us and would not leave until the job was done and perfect. I would highly recommend this company for any work around your house. They were a pleasure to work with. more

Going Above & Beyond for the Customer 9/11/2011

Mike is just the best. I wanted a sloped ceiling fan installed. The fan I bought only worked with a 15 degree angle (Hampton Bay I bought from HD). Went to HD to express my disappointment, they ordered me a slope adaptor. It was delivered several days later and Mike told me it didn't fit (can you even believe this!!!). I went back to HD but in the mean time Mike found an adaptor at Lowes, but it wouldn't fit the remote in the canope. I went to various lighting stores and finally called Hampton Bay and ordered an adaptor, but then Mike called me again and he found one that would fit perfectly. I beleive in angels, and Mike was my angel. The adaptor at Hampton Bay was $15 more that Mike's. Long story (kind of) short, Mike came to my house multiple times until he was finally able to install the ceiling fan. He was really invested in satisfying his customer and he is really good. I have a very high regard for Mike as well as Andy On Call. more

Great work done on-time for a good price! 8/24/2011

Mike has been a regular at my house for the past few weeks. He did such a great job changing out ceiling fans, installing cable and electrical outlets, and building custom cabinets that I am constantely thinking of new jobs for him. Andy OnCall is my go-to place for every big and little job around the house! more

Pocket door replacement 8/24/2011

Mike replaced two pocket doors for me. One of the doors was a challenge but Mike spent the time necessary to get the job done right. I offered to pay for the extra time it took for the repairs but he refused any additional payment. more
