From reading previous reviews, it appears ownership has changed since the negative postings a few years ago. I can speak only of my experience yesterday. They are GREAT and I will certainly use them again. Cricket (in the Marietta office) was extremely accommodating and nice, and she managed to get a handyman out within a few hours of when I called.
David arrived, took stock of my situation (a few minor leak problems and a garbage disposal issue) and set about fixing things. Turns out, one of the issues was not minor, and will require the help of a plumber. David went above and beyond for me - fixed what he could, and although I won't detail everything, did an extremely kind thing for me as well.
A superb bunch of folks, who definitely do not want to rip people off. They are more interested in happy and repeat customers. How refreshing. And because of the kindness of David, I will certainly use them again. It's quite apparent they understand the service industry.
