We've used AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring before and had good results with them. This time, the salesperson, Greg, was very helpful. He set up a good time for the installation to take place. Matt, the installer, came in, was very polite and did a really great job. He was in and out quickly and cleaned up after himself. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. more

The salespeople at AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring's Burlington store are more polite than at the Natick store. At the Natick store, they were not very friendly. They wouldn't even help me pick up the carpet I was looking at. With the actual rug cleaner from the Burlington factory, Pete, he was very nice. They are just more professional in that store. I went to the Natick store because it was closer, but they were very unhelpful. The people at the Burlington store were very nice and very helpful though, even over the phone. more

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring cleaned three different large area rugs for me. I felt that the service man was very pleasant and easy to work with. The price was also reasonable. I am not sure it was as effective as I wanted it to be. I wanted to get out the odor of my dog, but I didn't feel like it did all the way. Also, there was a spot that he wasn't able to get out, and it wasn't mentioned. These issues might not have been resolvable anyway, so I don't fault them, but maybe it should have been discussed. It was my first time using them, and I do think that they are a good, solid business. I kept the serviceman's information, because I liked him, and I will call them again. more

AJ Rose Carpets did a small job for me, but they did it. It was a single bedroom, and they came in, even though it was a small job, and did it very efficiently. The carpets look great! I actually had to leave in the middle of it, and I felt comfortabe with leaving the guy in my house by himself. He seemed like a nice guy, and he cleaned everything up, and out he was. more

It was fairly simple, we just had one carpet, in one room, that needed to be cleaned. AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring came on time, and they were really pleasant. The salesman in the shop was really nice, funny, and easy to work with. He helped us stay within our budget, which we really appreciated. And, the technician who came out to do the installation was amazing. He really helped us out because we had to match the new carpet to our existing carpet. So, he was here longer than we had scheduled matching the seams. He did not leave until it looked right. more

I bought my carpet from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring, and I was very pleased with the original service I received. I had a spill on the carpet, and I was not impressed with the first person who came to clean it at all. Because it is a light colored carpet, it needs to be cleaned several time a year, so when I called again I was very impressed with the second person. He got more of the original stain up, which I did not think he would be able to do, so I was very pleased with it. I think the service must depend on who you get. more

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring only did one room for me. I badly needed it shampooed because I had a cat that was using that room, and I was having company over for Christmas. I wanted the room presentable for them. I had someone else I used before, but they sold the business. I had purchased rugs from AJ Rose Carpets over the past 25 years, so I thought I would try them for cleaning. I was very pleased; they did a good job. I will probably use them after the holidays for more rooms. They were very polite, thorough, and it was a good experience. more

AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was fantastic. They came in, laid the flooring, and they did a beautiful job. The man who came in to wash my sofa was wonderful. He was very personable and did a terrific job. I would certainly recommend them for both furniture and flooring. I had the sweetest gentleman, Larry, who helped me. He was very patient with me and my two daughters, and all three of us bought flooring there. I was very pleased with the carpeting I have down. It's perfect; I can't complain at all. I was working on a major home improvement project, which took several months, and it was a very easy process working with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. I walked in, and they recommended a carpet easily within our budget. It was even a stronger and better quality carpet and less expensive than the carpet we were originally thinking about. It was going to be several months before we were ready for the carpet, and AJ Rose Carpets was fine with us putting down the deposit and then waiting for us to call them when we were ready. We were ready much past the expected call date, but they were really willing to work with us. I really appreciated that I had one contact, Mike, the whole time, and he was available any time I needed to talk to him. It was an easy, simple process. I was comfortable with them, and I would recommend them to anybody. AJ Rose Carpets also installed the carpet, and that was fantastic. They had a really quick turnaround when I said that I was ready, they could have done it within that week, but I bumped it back. They could easily accommodate me. The installer showed up on time, did the job, and I am very happy with the installation. It was a lot faster than I expected and was very neatly done. He also helped me with a difficult stair area that wasn't square, and it was almost artistic the way he was able to fix it. Mike was the person who helped us and AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring, and he was really helpful and accommodating. He made it easy to get the right carpeting we needed for the area we needed it in. He also got it to us on the schedule we needed. It was good all around. There was no pressure, but Mike would check back in with us because there were other delays going on. He worked well with our schedule, and coordinated everything really well. AJ Rose Carpets installed the carpet as well. There was a problem with one area, but they came right back and fixed it. more

Mike was our salesperson in the store, and he provided very good advice. I explained that we were looking to carpet our basement and we wanted to stay within a certain price range, so he showed me a selection and gave me time to choose without looking over my shoulder, which I appreciated. I also brought in a designer and he did not try to compete with her, which I think demonstrates experience and tact. All the work was completed in a timely manner. They actually got everything done faster than we expected because the installation included tile as well as carpet. The work was done very well and they left the space very clean. They were very efficient. There was no chatting, they just got the work done. It was a very impressive installation. There was one glitch. After the first day of installation, they somehow scratched a wall, which was handmade wood paneling. The scratch was not especially deep but it was long and that wall was the crown jewel of the basement. And, when I pointed it out to the head installer, he was not particularly concerned or responsive. It was a bit of a let down, but I knew they could not repair it, so I let it go. I am sure some people would have made a big storm about it, but I consider the scratch par for the course, especially considering the amount of carpet and the size of the rolls they had to bring in. Overall, the carpet was well installed, and the tile was impeccably well installed, so I can live with a little scratch. more

I bought my first carpet AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring 18 years. So, we were thinking of buying new carpet. We discussed going to some of those big warehouses and some other options, but we tried AJ Rose again and we were very impressed with the salesperson. They got us all set up, we picked out our carpet, and the installers came out. It is difficult to install carpet on that floor of my house, but the installers got right to work and never complained. They did a really good job. They arrived at 9:00 in the morning and did not leave until 7:00 at night, and they did a really good job. more
