I bought my carpet from AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring, and I was very pleased with the original service I received. I had a spill on the carpet, and I was not impressed with the first person who came to clean it at all.
Because it is a light colored carpet, it needs to be cleaned several time a year, so when I called again I was very impressed with the second person. He got more of the original stain up, which I did not think he would be able to do, so I was very pleased with it. I think the service must depend on who you get.
