I have NOTHING BUT GOOD things about this place. 1st time here I had it in for a 2nd opinion on a ""needed"" brake job. I thought the other place was wrong saying I needed brakes. They were and AK saved me $1000. Been going there ever since with all 3 cars in the family. Nothing but perfect service. Parking can be a bit tricky but worth it. more

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE 10/6/2012

Absolute thieves, rogues, and rude supremacist people. Stole or lost cigarette lighters, VIN-specific lug wrench, wheel covers. The owner is ill and service left to the two mechanics he used to have when healthy has become deplorable. No integrity whatsoever. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I won't and have unrecommended everyone that I receommended this place before. more

Trustworthy and very good. I've had numerous cars repaired by them over the past year, and they've always charged reasonable prices and fixed the cars properly. I've taken my cars there 5-6 times, and had everything from AC to engine and brake work done. more

Terrible parking & not a ""friendly"" atmosphere 12/8/2011

I got there today at 4:30PM to get my oil changed but they didn't have a parking space available. The BP Gas Station beside their office, which is part of their parking area, was also full. When I finally got a spot at the back of their building at around 4:50PM, the guy at the front desk told me that they close at 5:00 & I should've come earlier if I want my car to be serviced. Well, I just got off from work at that time & just stopped by to get an oil change. If they can't do it, no big deal. But he could've said it nicely. I thought of this place as accommodating since it's ""family owned"" but it's not. People here are somewhat rude & parking is terrible. Not going back to that place again. more

In it for the Long Term 2/11/2010

I chose this shop based on the positive reviews on this site and was not disappointed. They were skilled, efficient and honest. It was a new experience to be told "you can wait a bit on that". They were very helpful in assisting us in selecting tires that met the differing needs of my children's cars. Their prices were totally competitive. Have been there several times now and have always met long term, satisfied customers. more

A.E. Auto Care is THE ONLY PLACE I TRUST 9/15/2009

This is the only place I've taken my cars since I've been a car owner (10 years). It is the only place I remember my parents taking their cars. They are honest, dependable, and you can trust their work. They will do it right the first time. Even on old cars they won't find things wrong just for the sake of things to fix, they will help you to know what is important for the long term health of your car. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. They are also very kind people who will remember your name. more

great service 7/5/2008

I went in for emergency repair when I was going to back to Florida the next day, talked to Steve Lee and he went out of the way to help me even though he knew i was not ever coming back. even stayed late to make sure I had a ride to pick up my car when it was done. I sure wish I could find a repair place like this back home. just imagine how they must treat the people they see all the time for repair. more

I have been going to this auto repair place for 19 years. They are honest, quick, dependable and do great work. They never try to cheat you and they get your car done quickly! I love their business and would go no where else! more
