I got there today at 4:30PM to get my oil changed but they didn't have a parking space available. The BP Gas Station beside their office, which is part of their parking area, was also full.
When I finally got a spot at the back of their building at around 4:50PM, the guy at the front desk told me that they close at 5:00 & I should've come earlier if I want my car to be serviced. Well, I just got off from work at that time & just stopped by to get an oil change. If they can't do it, no big deal. But he could've said it nicely.
I thought of this place as accommodating since it's ""family owned"" but it's not. People here are somewhat rude & parking is terrible. Not going back to that place again.
