Results, Integrity, Value for money 8/26/2015

Have come to A & E for years because of Art. First off the vehicle problem always gets resolved. No unneeded work is done or unneeded parts put on. And it's a feeling of confidence that the vehicle will be better, with realistic cost, when A & E is done with it. Also. whatever the cost you know it was based on work and parts that definitely were needed to correct the problem. And I have have sent many people to A & E because of of the honesty and integrity of Art and his personnel. more

Couldn't drive without them 8/13/2015

I love these guys! They are honest and upfront. After checking out the car, they explain what needs to be done. And they don't treat you like an idiot. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. My friends are just as happy as I am. more

My Appointment 7/25/2015

Being able to use the system to make an appointment is great and I was able to drop off the car at 9:00 A.M. and picked it up before noon. Steve was great and called me to let me know what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. more

I have been dealing with Art and his staff since they opened. I have never had any negative issues with any work that have done for me. It is difficult these days to find a company that is totally honest and one feels confident that the workmanship will be 100% the first time. I wouldn't go anywhere else, including the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. more
