I had my A/C go out on my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Van. The problem was the Condenser in the right rear panel. At a repair cost of $1,300. A & E suggested in as much as I do not take rear passengers, they know my history, I could put a conversion on for $350. It would only give me front A/C but that's all I used. The points here is they knew the customer, suggested a less expensive route that satisfied the customer. AND customer satisfaction was the goal here not making the biggest buck they could for the problem, more

Everyone at this facility is wonderful and they take good care of me, I don't pay for things I don't need and the prices for repairs don't make me feel I am being taken advantage of. I want you to know I have referred you to many and they are currently using you for repairs also more

We had to take the Car to the Dealership as A/E couldn't diagnose the problem 7/29/2016

It took 3 days for our Car to be inspected. After the wait, A/E replaced the Alternator thinking that was the problem---but it wasn't. The Car stalled out while driving--very dangerous. Rather than taking it back to A/E we went to the Dealership--they diagnosed the problem(Electronic related). Other repairs by A/E have been good--this one wasn't. more

The Steve's (both of them) and Art do such a fine, professional job. My family and I have been using A& E for years and have always been happy with the service all around. They are quick, transparent and professional. The work is trustworthy and affordable. Will not take our cars anywhere else! more

Been going there for years. They take care of everyone like a personal friend. They will tell you what you need to get done right away and what can wait until later. Fair prices , friendly service & a great job every time. What more would any one want from their repair shop. more

What I love the best is the honest advice approach by the entire staff. If doesn't need a fix, this team has no problem letting you know that it doesn't need the high price fix that you thought you might have to have. A very honest analysis or evaluation is very appreciated. Once the problem is identified, they take care of your problem in a timely manner. more
