I had my A/C go out on my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Van. The problem was the Condenser in the right rear panel. At a repair cost of $1,300. A & E suggested in as much as I do not take rear passengers, they know my history, I could put a conversion on for $350. It would only give me front A/C but that's all I used. The points here is they knew the customer, suggested a less expensive route that satisfied the customer.
