We had a sewer backup problem last week that required major repair work and took two long days to fix. I would like to commend Dan and Paul, a newcomer to your staff, for outstanding, quality work. Both men are hard working, congenial and considerate. Your men coordinated extremely well with the Village of Schaumburg, who had to be involved from start to finish. Not only did they do their jobs, but were also courteous to all of us, including our curious neighbors, who had lots of questions. My thanks again to them and I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone in the future. more

I just wanted to extend my appreciation and praise for the technicians that recently performed the sewer line work at my home. Billy and Jason both performed an excellent job and their level of effort was OUTSTANDING. Billy in particular was helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. His expertise and attitude were very reassuring and I am very pleased with the results. ABC is now my plumbing and ventilation systems contractor of choice and I will be very pleased to recommend ABC to my friends and associates. First impressions are very important in all types of situations. In this case, it was huge and very positive. We were concerned about the severity of our plumbing problem and the cost. Dan’s appearance and detailed explanation were very professional. He carefully explained what he was going to do and the cost. With regards to his work ethic and articulation skills, Dan is the perfect ambassador for ABC Plumbing. Because of Dan, all of our plumbing needs will be serviced by ABC. I can’t say enough about ABC, I had an emergency backup and within an hour they were out and saved me from a sewage disaster. I have a new baby in the house so this was really important to me more

Greg exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, friendly and most of all knew what he was doing. He unclogged my drain in short order and cleaned the work area when he was finished. I was pleased that someone from ABC was able to come out within hours of my call, since I was unable to use any of my plumbing. more

Not Sure why others rated the way they did! I have ALWAYS had positive experiences with ABC. I noticed there are 2 listings for them (check out the one with A ABC which has 2 great ratings as well). They are both the same company. ABC is always professional, works around my schedule and provides me with great service. The technicians are clean, efficient, and NEVER pushy! I am sure everyone has had a negative service experience with unprofessional companies or shoddy work. ABC is NOT one of those companies. They stand behind the work they perform and do a quality job. I have and will continue to recommend ABC to everyone I know. For those who had a negative experience I would suggest calling as I know they are very big on customer service. They even follow up with me after work is performed to make sure I was satisfied which I always am! more

Buyer Beware! 10/22/2010

I had a small leak near a "tee" and ABC Plumbing quoted me $799 to cut out the pipe and replace it. I asked how long the job would take and he said 2 hours. Knowing this was outrageous, I declined and he charged me a $59 service fee (of which they didn't mention when I booked the appt.) I received quotes from two other licensed plumbers, both came in around $150. I called ABC and advised them they are quoting over 4x more than the market and they defended the quote stating they are more thorough then everyone else. I asked if my service fee could be refunded since I don't feel I should have to pay for an exorbitant quote and they refused. Don't call these people and please spread the word! more
