First impressions are very important in all types of situations. In this case, it was huge and very positive. We were concerned about the severity of our plumbing problem and the cost. Dan’s appearance and detailed explanation were very professional. He carefully explained what he was going to do and the cost. With regards to his work ethic and articulation skills, Dan is the perfect ambassador for ABC Plumbing. Because of Dan, all of our plumbing needs will be serviced by ABC.
