My airconditioning quit working and since I have other services with ABC I decided to give them a try. WOW what a wonderful experience! \r \r From my initial contact when scheduling with the CSR to the Technician that came to my home I was more then impressed. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns and then took the time to explain what they found and the PRICE was very reasonable!!!!\r \r Thank You ABC for once again surpassing my expectations! more

The service has not lived up to the promise made by the sales person. On the first visit, they scalped my lawn in some areas - literally down to the dirt. It looked like my 12 year old neighbor cut the lawn. For the second visit, they simply didn't show up and did not call. When I called to confirm why, they said they ran out of time, but just didn't bother to call. I had to request that they come out the following day to provide the service I had already paid for. That service was somewhat better than the first, but still not at the quality I would have expected from a company as old as ABC. Not sure I will continue with their service when my contract ends if they keep going at this pace. The quality is not worth the money I am paying. more

Had an absolutly great experience with one of your plumbers, John Kroeger. Even though it was late in the day and my problem was not an easy solution by any stretch of the imagination, John was friendly and knowelegable. \r I would recommend ABC services to anyone, especially if they have the oppertunity for interaction with John. more

I would like to express sincere thanks and appreciation for one of your staff members, Mike Hansen. First of all, Mike arrived in a very timely manner per the pre-arrival phone call I received. Upon entering my house, he was very courteous and professional. \r \r My original call was to determine if and where there was a leak in my water system that was causing a substantial increase in my water bill. Fortunately, the cause was determined a day before by the water company. I did relay to Mr. Hansen that I had a new garbage disposal that needed to be installed due to my original disposal not working and needed the cost to perform this service task.\r \r Mr. Hansen informed me that he would test the disposal first and, after dislodging a small piece of metal, the disposal was working again! He explained to me that when there is an obstruction, the motor will turn off as a safety measure. The cost of repairing the disposal was less than the cost of the new garbiage disposal (which i will return today).\r \r Much appreciation and kudos to Mike! As a result of this pleasant experience, I will definitely use ABC for other repairs for my home more

I am writing to inform you of the job Jeff and his crew performed at a property in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. We had never had an experience with an arborist and did not really know what they did until I called your company. We met Jeff at the property and he looked over the trees in question and wrote up a tree pruning proposal for us. \r \r My husband and I were so impressed with Jeff and his professional knowledge and courtesy. How fortunate your company is to have someone like him representing you. On the day he and his crew returned for the actual work, we met them at the property again. We were amazed at Jeff's knowledge as he directed his crews to do the work. They were amazing as they climbed trees, trimmed, moved to other trees doing whatever he directed them to do. They never stopped working, and then they cleaned up all the branches and leaves they had cut.\r \r Will you thank Jeff and his crew for an exceptional job? The folks that worked on my house did a really good job. From Terry Stafford the estimator, to Jerry the carpenter, and especially to Barry Hightower and Johnny (the painters), they were all very nice, helpful, and did a good job. Dear ABC, We had a serious problem -- the roof/ceiling of the sunroom was pulling away from the house and threatening to collapse! We were saved when Lazaro Andrade came to do our repairs. The original construction was obviously at fault, but Lazaro had such a positive attitude he figured out a solution and fixed it up much better than new.
