I was on Facebook yesterday, and one of my friends asked me who I use for Pest control. I told her about ABC and how great Oscar Humphrey, our Pest Technician, is. One of my friends wrote on my wall that she loves Oscar too, and she feels like he's a part of her family. I just wanted to let you all know that I'll stay with you as a customer as long as Oscar works at ABC. I feel like he's a part of my family, too. We love Oscar! more

Alton is terrific! He is always respectful of wearing his booties over his shoes upon entering our home and is so thorough on attacking our bugs that we seldom see one. more

I am writing to let you know about an experience I had with one of your drivers today. Me and my son had ran out of gas on I-35, and we were in a bit of a pickle. You see for most families it would be a simple half mile walk to a gas station. But for us it is a little different. I have a handicapped son, and he has a hard time walking long distances. So I am sure you can imagine trying to walk a half mile with a upset child in a wheelchair on the freeway! Not fun! I kept hoping someone would stop, but after an hour of waiting I started getting my son ready for the journey. Then a ABC anteater truck pulled up, and a young little girl got out, and asked us if we needed help. She went on to explain that she couldnt put us in her truck, for fear of getting in trouble, and I dont think we could have fit! I am so ashamed to say that I cannot remember her name....I believe it was melinda...or another M name. I went on to tell her about the gas, so she offered to go for us and fill up a gas can. I went to the trunk, and gosh I had no gas can!! To make matters even worse I went for my purse to give her money and I had left it at home in a hurry not to be late. I am embarrassed to say that I started crying, I was just so frustrated. She just smiled, hugged me and told me not to worry, and said she would be back. A few minutes later she came back with a full gas can, drinks, and some candy for my son! She refused to give me her address so I could send her money to pay her back. So I wanted to make sure that ABC knows what kind of person they have working for them. I dont have pest control, but I can honestly say if I ever need any I know who I will be calling, and I know who I will ask for!! Please pass this along to your employee, and let her know how much of a blessing she was to me and my son today!\r \r more

I have nothing but accolades for your department. From Tina & Kimberly in the office to Mike Hansen, Gary Smith, Glenn Carson, and Steve True who did the work at my home and my daughter's home -- They all worked as a team. Everyone was extremely professional, and even with the difficulties that occurred on both jobs, they were diligent in taking care of the issues and, most importantly, taking care of the customer. As a senior citizen who has been around for quite a while, it is rare that you find a company so willing to go the extra mile and take care of the customer in such a professional manner. My name is Candice House. We recently had the shower and tub area of our master bath torn out and re-done by your firm. I wanted to write and tell you how wonderful, nice, professional, and courteous Lazaro Andrade, the specialist you assigned to the project, was during the entire process. \r \r As you know, when you have a multiple day in-home project with lots of ins and outs, it can be something of a trial for the homeowner. However, Lazaro devised a way in and out that was minimally disruptive and kept the non-construction areas clean and dust-free. He was always happy, friendly, and would bend over backwards to accomodate any of our time schedules or needs. As ABC becomes more diverse and successful in its home care offerings, much of the credit is due to employess like Lazaro. I hope he's recognized for his outstanding work. He deserves it. more

When my AC went out, I struggled with who I should call. Since I've always had good service from ABC, I thought I'd give the HVAC department a shot. Robin Saunders and Wes Cates were the nicest guys and worked very hard, even though it was so hot. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that Lennox upgraded my system when they didn't have my equipment in stock. Thanks ABC more

He not only corrected the problems but gave us information which will save us time, money, and water. Plus his recommendation on our future landscaping was so helpful. \r \r My daughter, M.
