I have utilized ABC Home and Commercial Services - Lawn Care for quite some time now, and, since initiating this mutually beneficial arrangement, the quality of service has rapidly declined.For example, when I began service, I could rely on lawn maintenance being done every other Monday. One might think this would be an easy standard to maintain because the only expected deviation occured during winter months. During these months, service was to be performed one time monthly.
Unfortunately, deviations occur more frequently than not. As of the date of this review, my estimate is that service hasn't been completed in 6 months - give or take. In that time, I have been billed for service not completed at least once. After contacting ABC today, I was guaranteed that service would be completed on Monday. Although it seems illogical that I should have to demand services that I have contracted for, I decided that my need outweighs the hassle. I had surgery in February, and I am slow to recover. That opens a additional issue. According to the representative I spoke with at ABC today, lawn crews attempted service at my residence recently. I believe she was surprised to learn that I was home on the date service was allegedly attempted. The crews never arrived, and service was never attempted. Unfortunately, Marco - the lawn manager - is ill concerned with rectifying any aforementioned situation. Admittedly, when service is done, it is traditionally done well. It is getting service done and appropriately billed that seems to be an issue.
