I recently rented my third place with AAA. Each time has been such an easy and stress free process. I have actually come to know the owner and his staff and everybody is friendly and professional. I had to move twice due to owners moving back to their properties, AAA actually helped me find my new places. I really felt like they cared about me and helping me get into a new place. THANKS AAA! more

I recently rented my third place with AAA. Each time has been such an easy and stress free process. I have actually come to know the owner and his staff and everybody is friendly and professional. I had to move twice due to owners moving back to their properties, AAA actually helped me find my new places. I really felt like they cared about me and helping me get into a new place. I have known the Broker of AAA for 25 years and when he was managing my properties he did a great job. His company is very efficient and tenants liked his company as well. I would highly recommend him. Pros: Lots of experience, takes care of owners and tenants Cons: None more

I refer AAA Property Management! 4/5/2010

I work in a Real Estate Office on Real Estate Team and when we have clients that are interested in leasing their properties we always refer AAA Property Management Co. They are on top of things and get it done. Larry (owner) has been doing property managing for many years and knows his stuff! They have a great staff that are available and always friendly. I recommend AAA property Management in Concord, Ca. 4/5/2010

I was very surprised to see (a few) negative reviews and ratings (I suspect they are bogas from people that were not accepted when applying for a rental?). I have been with AAA Property Management for at least 10 years (property owner/ Condo). Prior to his I had a lot of problems with tenants (when I was handling the rentals), which is why I contacted them out of the phone book. They provided references and the ones I contacted had nothing but good things to say. Since then the property has been rented constantly with very few issues, other than the occasional call to clear a repair. We are now considering renting out our home in Walnut Creek. And guess what - AAA gets the job! Pros: Reasonable cost. Total management. Finds great tenants. more

Renting from AAA has been a great experience! I would highly recommended working with Alex G, and AAA altogether. Even the other employees at the actual AAA office in Concord were all so NICE! Alex was so helpful and very professional. I was extremely impressed with how fast he responds to calls and emails. It really seems that Alex and AAA go above and beyond. We were looking for *THE* perfect apartment which we were able to find through AAA Property Management. We wanted to act fast and AAA was able to get everything processed and proper at a perfect pace. Alex was kind and comfortable. Alex went above and beyond and worked with our schedules by staying after hours in order for us to be able to go over the lease. Alex was quick to respond to all of our questions, emails, and phone calls and made the entire experience great. Great Rental Experience 3/26/2010

I recently rented a property from this company and am very pleased, thus far. Personally, I worked with Alex, and he was very professional, easy to reach, and quick to respond to any questions and comments I had. I was impressed by the ease of the rental process as well. Within a month's time I found the perfect property and was able to secure it. Fast new rental transaction! 2/10/2010

My fiance and I recently applied for a rental property with AAA. The property manager showed up on time (early even) and allowed us ample time to view the property and answered all of our questions. He was polite on the phone and always returned our calls and emails promptly. The application process was simple, efficient and fast. We signed our papers today and will be moving into our gorgeous new home soon! Yey AAA! Pros: Fast, efficient, professional - can pay rent ONLINE!!! Cons: Have to pay $2 to pay rent online :) more

When we showed up at a house at the correct time we were left waitin for the AAA property guy to show us around, he shows up 20 minutes late, looked to be stoned, offered no apology and no help with even explaining the property. I said I would never deal with these guys again, so I found another property with a great, friendly property manger. Somehow he sold his business to AAA and I have them as landlords, they are a bunch of idiots, I'm wondering if half these people graduated from junior high. My dealings with them have been idiotic, they are very rude and unhelpful, they are the epitome of what is the worst thing wrong with stupid people, they don't realize theyre stupid. Pros: They are good at getting back to you in emergency Cons: Unprofessional, ignorant more
