AAA Property Management

Let's face it.....moving can be a real pain, but working with AAA has made the process easier. I've lived as a renter in many places in California and AAA Property Management has been one of the best landlords I've had. They are professional but real people, they take care of business but they also provide real, understanding service which is a rarity in today's economic marketplace. Alex Gonzalez was great and accomodating both times we rented from them. Nonni is responsive and proactive to getting any problems fixed and handled and Larry Jr. was also helpful and professional. They offer old school service with the convenience of modern technology- quick reponse to email, communicative follow thru and an efficient process that ranges from showing a property to signing paperwork to maintenence and ease of move out process. In today's business world it is refreshing and reassuring to work with people who deliver on promises, are accomodating and understanding, offer great customer service and know the importance of one's home. Big thanks for making finding and living in one's home a pleasant experience! more

I have been doing business with AAA for a number of years and they have leased my properties several times. I have enjoyed my relationship with them and intend to continue to do business with them. The AAA staff is very helpful and they do everything possible to provide the best services. Alex is just great, he is always available, very friendly, and gets things done. I have worked with AAA for almost three years and it has been a true pleasure. I am renting my second property from them and Alex is extremely helpful and easy to work with. I have had a very good experience with AAA Property Management company. There service is so good I even just took the time to specifically sign up to city search just so I could share my experience with all of you. After a prompt call back from Alex to look at one of their listings here in Concord, I can actually say the whole process I remember as being fairly easy and not taking much time at all. It seemed like as soon as I found a place I liked, filled out the paperwork, it was time to move in already! No hassles at all. The few times that anything has come up that had to be fixed here, it's just as simple as calling Alex and after a call back from him, a professional crew has always been sent out that did the work, and left the place as clean as it was when they started. If you have ever had a bad experience with dealing with some workers, than you know how it is appreciated to see a guy come over that knows what he is doing and does what he says. All in all, dealing with AAA Property has been a pleasure and I would have no problem at all recommending them to friends/family. If you do decide to go with AAA make sure you ask for ""Alex"" and you'll be able to see for yourself just how professional and reliable he really is! more

We were looking for a place with about 3 weeks to go from our needed move out date. We had 3 properties in mind and the one we got was our 2nd pick. When we started the process of viewing and submitting our needed applications, the quickness in which Alex (the rep from AAA property management) facilitated our needs, got us in to view the place, his response timeliness, and working through any issues was very admirable. He was prompt, professional, and showed a strong sense of customer service acumen and focus with the entire process. We eventually got to look at all three places but solely because his ability to handle our needs in the time we needed, we ended up going through AAA property management. Some property management places and or land lords could learn from this company’s ability to serve the client/customer. After the fact he has helped us in 4 or 5 of our needs with the owner. He has been a good filter in facilitating any issues that have arisen and shown the ability to re assure us with comfort and care towards a few problems. I would recommend Alex from AAA, he inspired me to write a review, of which, I do not normally do. more

Alex responded to my calls and was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was very accomodating. It was a great experience working with AAA Property Management. We love our new place and definitely recommend them, especially if you live out of town!! more
