I was very surprised to see (a few) negative reviews and ratings (I suspect they are bogas from people that were not accepted when applying for a rental?). I have been with AAA Property Management for at least 10 years (property owner/ Condo). Prior to his I had a lot of problems with tenants (when I was handling the rentals), which is why I contacted them out of the phone book. They provided references and the ones I contacted had nothing but good things to say. Since then the property has been rented constantly with very few issues, other than the occasional call to clear a repair. We are now considering renting out our home in Walnut Creek. And guess what - AAA gets the job!
Pros: Reasonable cost. Total management. Finds great tenants.
