Review content:
We were looking for a place with about 3 weeks to go from our needed move out date. We had 3 properties in mind and the one we got was our 2nd pick. When we started the process of viewing and submitting our needed applications, the quickness in which Alex (the rep from AAA property management) facilitated our needs, got us in to view the place, his response timeliness, and working through any issues was very admirable. He was prompt, professional, and showed a strong sense of customer service acumen and focus with the entire process. We eventually got to look at all three places but solely because his ability to handle our needs in the time we needed, we ended up going through AAA property management. Some property management places and or land lords could learn from this company?s ability to serve the client/customer.
