reliable dependable corporate limo company 3/7/2011

My family and I were extremely please with the level of service we had. We used them for the superbowl, they brought limos up there, so we got one for the big game, lol. They were on time, and even though they were from here in dallas, they knew their way around, I was very impressed. As we got there, the driver gave us his umbrella, we were shocked as it was very sunny outside, I almost handed it back, but I decided to take it. I am soooo glad I did, it started pouring, and it got very cold! It was a ways to walk as they made the limos park a long ways away, but we called our driver to let him know were on our way and he had it nice and warm inside. We were sooo cold, frozen, and a teensy bit ... My family and I were extremely please with the level of service we had. Not a Good Experience 10/18/2010

When I booked the Limo I had a good experience. The staff was very helpful and the limo arrived on time. After that the experience was not good. The limo driver had been given specific directions on how to get to 6 places around town, and they were popular places that a limo driver should know. It was to take about an hour and 45 minutes and it ended up taking a little over three hours. The Limo Driver got lost going to each place and did not contact the contact person for directions instead she just drove around looking for it. She did not read the directions that were sent to her or contact anyone. For this reason we were not able to complete all the places we needed to go. When I spoke with the staff at AAA on Monday they told me that the Limo Driver did the best job she could and that it is what it is. Not the professional courteous service I was expecting after spending the amount of money I did to rent their Limo. I would not use this service again because their drivers do not follow direction and the staff does not care. I think this is a way to charge clients more money. more

Ruined Halloween 11/7/2009

Several of us went out for Halloween on October 31st, 2009. The driver got lost and took us somewhere out on Southwest Parkway and stopped. We wanted to go north of the bridge on 360. We asked him to call his office for directions, and instead he called the police. We sat around for 30 minutes, until a friend picked us up. Cons: changed limos, got lost, called police more

When my daughter and my new son-in-law were married they cut their time to get to the airport a little short, and of course, there was an accident blocking the freeway. The knowledge, experience, and most of all, the ability to reassure everyone, was invaluable. As a result they had a wonderful honeymoon, and gave my new son-in-law and daughter a example of what they could have messed up. Thank you Triple AAA, for caring. Worst limo experience EVER!! 8/21/2008

The person I made reservations with was very polite and he ensured me that our ride and experience would be great. He gave me a good price on a stretch hummer as well. When the limo showed up it was beautiful but had no a/c. I see other complaints about this and wish I had read them before I booked, but you expect a brand new Hummer to work!! The driver was not a pleasant person and had no idea where we were going despite my giving the destinations when I booked. Overall, I think there are several places in town that are professional and have nice limos without all the hassle. These people should not have a license to drive. Do yourself a favor and get past AAA in the phone book! You will thank me. Pros: They showed up on time Cons: NO a/c, needed directions, rude, horrible service on the back end more

Rude, Inexperienced Drivers. Unresponsive Staff. Horrible Experience ZERO stars. 8/21/2008

I hired AAA limo for my husband's birthday on July 12th and had several issues with the A/C malfunctioning, the driver not knowing where he was going, taking the longest routes, being late bringing us home, and insulting me when it came time to pay. They were, did not charge me for the extra 20 minutes it took to get us home, and offered us a free hour on our next trip in order to keep our business. I was assured that we would have the company's best driver and that we would not have to give him any directions. So we gave AAA another chance.\r \r On Saturday, August 2nd, the driver arrived and did not know where we were going, even though we'd given the address previously. The A/C again did not work and after we were dropped off, the driver left for two hours to get it fixed. Two hours we paid for. When he got back, we decided to bar hop. The driver told us where and when he would pick us up and was very rude.\r \r At our last stop, the driver again told us what time to be outside for pickup. At the appointed time, he was not there and it took another 20 minutes for him to get back, causing us to be late to get back home. When the driver arrived, my husband started to talk to him to ensure that we would not be charged time for his mistake and the driver became very agitated and angry. When another person in our group explained to him that it was his JOB to pick us up and drive us places, the driver told him to, ""F off."" The driver then called the police and refused to let us back in the limo. \r \r He held us pretty much hostage for over an hour. The police arrived and the driver said that we were ""too drunk."" Isn't that why you hire a limo? So you don't drink and drive? The police told the driver and our group that WE did the RIGHT thing by hiring a limo and not driving ourselves. Once it had all been straightened out, we were finally taken back home. And as the driver got back in the limo, he shouted nasty names to people in our group. Pros: The limo was a 2008 stretch Hummer Cons: Driver was horrible. No A/C. more

Awful Experience! 2/12/2008

Where do i start .. We asked limo to pick up all wedding party at 1:30 in a white limo. After 45minutes (2:15) a BLACK limo shows (w/a very underdressed driver) ! Reason? The white limo was overheating and could not make it. Drinks supplied were completely warm. We wasted another good 10 minutes to stop at a gas station and pick up ice. Needless to say ceremony started 45minutes late ! Everything programmed for the wedding was delayed! Ontop of that on the way to the reception, driver says our time was up and what would we like to do since there will be charge for extra time? Well, what was he thinking? That we were going to say no and ask him to drop us off there? In the middle of IH35? Never again and will so not recommend! What an awful experience. Cons: Everything more

Will leave you disappointed. 10/8/2007

I booked a limo for my wifes 30th birthday with AAA limos and am very sorry that i did. This was a surprise for my wife and I had it all set to start at 8 pm. 8:15, no limo. I called the company and asked what was going on. I had called and confirmed twice to have the time set. The driver calls and says he is 10 miles away. The limo got there at 8:35. The surprise was ruined. I requested birthday package for the night and did not get that. We didnt even get sodas and very little ice. The limo was very dirty. The glasses were all dirty and fingerprint smudged. When I called to make the reservation, I was informed limo was very clean and in good shape,not the case. The divider didnt even work to separate us from the driver. We were thrown around a few times. Very bumpy ride.Then in the end the driver was rushing us when we still had time left.
