Review content:
The person I made reservations with was very polite and he ensured me that our ride and experience would be great. He gave me a good price on a stretch hummer as well. When the limo showed up it was beautiful but had no a/c. I see other complaints about this and wish I had read them before I booked, but you expect a brand new Hummer to work!! The driver was not a pleasant person and had no idea where we were going despite my giving the destinations when I booked. Overall, I think there are several places in town that are professional and have nice limos without all the hassle. These people should not have a license to drive. Do yourself a favor and get past AAA in the phone book! You will thank me.

Cons: NO a/c, needed directions, rude, horrible service on the back end
