When I booked the Limo I had a good experience. The staff was very helpful and the limo arrived on time. After that the experience was not good. The limo driver had been given specific directions on how to get to 6 places around town, and they were popular places that a limo driver should know. It was to take about an hour and 45 minutes and it ended up taking a little over three hours. The Limo Driver got lost going to each place and did not contact the contact person for directions instead she just drove around looking for it. She did not read the directions that were sent to her or contact anyone. For this reason we were not able to complete all the places we needed to go. When I spoke with the staff at AAA on Monday they told me that the Limo Driver did the best job she could and that it is what it is. Not the professional courteous service I was expecting after spending the amount of money I did to rent their Limo. I would not use this service again because their drivers do not follow direction and the staff does not care. I think this is a way to charge clients more money.
