I hired AAA limo for my husband's birthday on July 12th and had several issues with the A/C malfunctioning, the driver not knowing where he was going, taking the longest routes, being late bringing us home, and insulting me when it came time to pay. They were, did not charge me for the extra 20 minutes it took to get us home, and offered us a free hour on our next trip in order to keep our business. I was assured that we would have the company's best driver and that we would not have to give him any directions. So we gave AAA another chance.\r

On Saturday, August 2nd, the driver arrived and did not know where we were going, even though we'd given the address previously. The A/C again did not work and after we were dropped off, the driver left for two hours to get it fixed. Two hours we paid for. When he got back, we decided to bar hop. The driver told us where and when he would pick us up and was very rude.\r

At our last stop, the driver again told us what time to be outside for pickup. At the appointed time, he was not there and it took another 20 minutes for him to get back, causing us to be late to get back home. When the driver arrived, my husband started to talk to him to ensure that we would not be charged time for his mistake and the driver became very agitated and angry. When another person in our group explained to him that it was his JOB to pick us up and drive us places, the driver told him to, ""F off."" The driver then called the police and refused to let us back in the limo. \r

He held us pretty much hostage for over an hour. The police arrived and the driver said that we were ""too drunk."" Isn't that why you hire a limo? So you don't drink and drive? The police told the driver and our group that WE did the RIGHT thing by hiring a limo and not driving ourselves. Once it had all been straightened out, we were finally taken back home. And as the driver got back in the limo, he shouted nasty names to people in our group.
Pros: The limo was a 2008 stretch Hummer
Cons: Driver was horrible. No A/C.
