Had to wait for the technician for two hours, and he never showed up. Called two times to check if he is coming, the first time I was told he is on the way and he will be there within 20 min. 40 min later nobody came and I called again. This time I spoke to another girl, who blamed me that they don't have the correct address, because of my accent and suggested I should call someone else...!!!! Shame on you! However during these busy hot months some service calls may take longer than estimated. In your case our technician had to go and pick up a non stoking part in order to repair the previous customer's AC. We have been trying to find a company for the past two years now. We wanted to get a company for the maintenance service of your 12 AC (wall units). We have a small hotel and our AC (installed two years ago) needed to be cleaned. It was a nightmare - fixing appointment, asking for a quote, either, the representatives wasn't showing up, or after the visit, didn't sent the quote, or the quote was way to expensive...
