I'm picky and I demand great customer service at a good price with superior product!!! From the get go ... Monica at the office and Phillip who came out to survey were professional and sincere! Their guys showed up and put an a great new unit. They were fast, clean, efficient, and polite. In the end, Philip was on hand to check I was happy! Best company yet in my 15 years experience. more

Excellent 11/11/2015

Placed a call back because a/c was leaking after coil was cleaned, owner of company went out of his way to over himself, which was a first for me, wasn't the actual coil, but was able to find the problem. Very professional and courteous, will definitely call them back more

In Florida everyone must have a good AC company and ASTAR AC is exactly what we all strive to find! Honest guys, reliable work, true professionals, clean cut crew, super friendly & funny too! These guys can fix any AC shortcomings in a matter of a day!!! They are just a phone call away! I have them fix old units, exchange units, and program units to work with home automation. Great Company 9/17/2015

I have had A Star servicing my home for years and have been very happy. When the A/C broke down at work, I was so fed up with the other company I was having to call them out every other week .I called and asked if they serviced commercial businesses and to my good fortune they did. I have no regrets at all changing from my prior company. I wish I had know or thought about it sooner I would have saved a lot of money and been cooler much sooner. I love my Tec Philip but they are all good. more

Professional company, knowledgeable technicians 9/11/2015

A technician from A STAR Air Conditioning came to inspect my central air conditioning shortly after I bought my home. The technician explained how the system works and what I needed to do for maintenance, which was important because I had never had central air before. As he serviced the two-zone system, he caught a costly problem while the unit was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. Everyone on staff is very courteous and professional. They always return your phone calls promptly. The technicians always arrive on time and answer all your questions. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional at each visit. A STAR Air Conditioning is a well-run, professional company that you can trust. more

Coolest house on the block! 8/30/2015

After my new Bryant A/C system was installed my electric bill shrunk from $281.00 to $117.00 / month. And that is during the summer months and not changing the temperature setting. Not only am I saving money but the new unit is much quieter than the one it replaced. I am really happy with my new A/C. more

Prompt and professional. 8/19/2015

All I can say is that the service from A STAR is excellent. We have a service contract with them. They have been helping us for years. We continue to use them because we have a great relationship. Every employee of theirs that we have worked with has been excellent. They are always prompt and very professional. If we need things done outside of our service contract they will come in and give us an estimate and a reasonable quote. I have been happy with their prices. more
