Had to wait for the technician for two hours, and he never showed up.
Called two times to check if he is coming, the first time I was told he is on the way and he will be there within 20 min. 40 min later nobody came and I called again.
This time I spoke to another girl, who blamed me that they don't have the correct address, because of my accent and suggested I should call someone else...!!!!
Shame on you!
