I e-mailed Sarah about my situation weeks before we even arrived in the area, and she has been more than helpful and always attentive to what apartment we were looking for and what location would best fit our lifestyle. Believe me, I emailed a lot of apartment locators and Sarah really had the best grasp in sense of budget, location, and how the unit will accommodate us. Within an hour of contacting her, she emailed me with a list of apartment details, she always stayed in contact, and was the first to welcome us as soon as we arrived in Austin. Sarah really made our experience much easier considering me and my boyfriend have both never been to Texas and had no idea what to expect and where to look. She is very approachable, and super sweet and once we decide to move elsewhere she will definitely be the one we call!
