I would like to thank all the staff at Apioneer Moving for doing a great job with our move recently. Everyone we dealt with seemed to really care about doing a great job - and you definately accomplished that goal. We were very pleaed with the office staff - especially when it came to details that were extremely vital. MY BIGGEST ADVISE IS TO READ THE VERY VERY FINE PRINT OF THE ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT. THEY DO NOT INFORM YOU OF EVERYTHING AND THEN GET YOU AT THE END. APioneer customer service was great up until the day of the move. They were very understanding of the problems we were having at our new facility and were flexible with us on changing our move date several times. However, on the day of the move, they showed up over 2 hours late and without a phone call. We had to hunt them down. They only work on cash only basis which is kinda shady. And the management also tries to get you. The sales person that came down in the beginning promised a lot of things at no charge (i.e. moving and packing up copier at no charge; taking all live plants; paying for the actual hours the movers were there). The movers were great loading the trucks, but took their sweet old time unloading. When you watch the foreman carrying one 14"x12"x10" box that weighs less than 10lbs, it really makes you wonder how good these people really are. When it came to settling up the move at the end, they pulled out a different estimate than what we signed at the initial visit with the sales woman. They then stated we were paying for a minimum charge which was 4 hours over what they worked. The foreman and management on the phone got all defensive and started pointing out the small print on the contract. MY BIGGEST ADVISE IS TO READ THE VERY VERY FINE PRINT OF THE ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT. i was supposed to be the 2nd move of the day and the movers came at 6pm after 3 other moves. i was supposed to have 3 men and i only had 2. i was a third floor walk up with 2 men and the move ended up taking twice as long and i was charged over twice what i was quoted. the movers themselves were great and nothing was broken but this is cash only and frankly a little shady. you can't trust the management at this company. I must say that Apioneer did a great job moving our home recently. Our estimator prepared us in advance so that we could eliminate stress - since I was completely STRESSED out. The moving crew packed, wrapped loaded and unloaded with such precision. They were fantastic - that's the best way to sum up our moving experience. Thank you very much for a great job done! The whole move went as planned. The office staff were courteous and informative. The moving crew completed the move to perfection. They were respectful with my family and took extra care of our antique furniture pieces. I would highly recommend using there packing and moving services. I would highly recommend this friendly and professional moving company. They courteous, on-time and acurrate with the estimate. We had no damages and it was a stress free move. I had a terrible experience with these movers. Rude, damaged my wall and yard which I had to pay for. Never get back to you and treat you like dirt. It was stressful and unprofessional for no reason. Pros: cheap, on time Cons: rude, damaging to stuff and place more

They handled my furniture in a hasty and improper way. For example, the mattress was dragged on the floor from bedroom to the door by one person in stead of lifting by two persons. The whole moving was finished in 2 hours (including driving between my start and destination), far ahead of estimated 3 labor hours. I got my table foot scratched in several places and a torn hole in the middle of the spring box. The worst part was the post-moving service. The mover admitted the damage to the table and called the company in front of me, saying someone would come to repair it if I just call the company the next day to make an appointment. I did it the next day and told the lady why I was calling, I was then transferred to a voice mail to leave a message. Nobody has ever called back. All I can say is THANK YOU for such a great job done. A Pioneer Moving handled our stressful move with complete ease. Lorenzo and his crew packed & moved our three bedroom condo in amazing time and without any damages considering all our antique heirlooms.
