Review content:
They handled my furniture in a hasty and improper way. For example, the mattress was dragged on the floor from bedroom to the door by one person in stead of lifting by two persons. The whole moving was finished in 2 hours (including driving between my start and destination), far ahead of estimated 3 labor hours. I got my table foot scratched in several places and a torn hole in the middle of the spring box.
The worst part was the post-moving service. The mover admitted the damage to the table and called the company in front of me, saying someone would come to repair it if I just call the company the next day to make an appointment. I did it the next day and told the lady why I was calling, I was then transferred to a voice mail to leave a message. Nobody has ever called back.
Pros: Fast, Inexpensive
Cons: Improper handling, Bad service
