Polite and professional people taking intial call. Seemed confident and throrough when bidding project over the phone. Technician was also very polite and professional. The only negative we feel is a rather big one. Additional work needed to be done due to the type of water heater. The release valve was in a different location than other water heaters and an additional $200 was required to move it, add a new release valve, and have it vent to a different location to outside. This would not have been needed with a different brand water heater, no was it discussed up front. more

Found my 7-yr old water heater leaking on the New Year's eve. Called Fast Water Heater Company using the phone number on the Home Depot website. Talked to Jake and made a schedule on the phone. Since it's New Year's Day, didn't want to spoil others' fun. So, scheduled it on Monday, 1/3. I actually called Jake back twice with questions and a change in the order. He's patiently taking care of it. Art, the technician/installer, came as scheduled. Ran through the list and recommendations. Art then started working on replacing the leaking water heater with the new one. A couple of hours later, I have hot water running again.
