Found my 7-yr old water heater leaking on the New Year's eve. Called Fast Water Heater Company using the phone number on the Home Depot website. Talked to Jake and made a schedule on the phone. Since it's New Year's Day, didn't want to spoil others' fun. So, scheduled it on Monday, 1/3. I actually called Jake back twice with questions and a change in the order. He's patiently taking care of it.
Art, the technician/installer, came as scheduled. Ran through the list and recommendations. Art then started working on replacing the leaking water heater with the new one. A couple of hours later, I have hot water running again. Art explained how to operate the water heater and answered all my questions, too. Great job. Thanks, Art. Thanks Fast Water Heater Co.
