I'm not computer savy and concerned about service I would receive at big named stores, but upon research and reviews, I decided to take 2 old computers to Tony to see if they were salvageable. Although one computer was fried, he was able to retrieve my files and data and rescue/repair the other. Unlike another response, Tony has a great personality and unparalleled customer service skills. Tony has worked on other computers for me previously but this time my laptop crashed and needed my data recovered. He is very good at repairs but lacks ""people"" skills. Yelling at customers to intemidate how every miscommunication is somehow your fault is never good. He put wrong operating system on my laptop and recoverded data from an older compter repair job that I brought to him. Think I will find another technician for any future repairs. more

My computer crashed the day before I was leaving on a cruise. I found Tony the same way you are right now; from all of his great reviews on the internet. My computer couldn't start my Windows operating system and I was very worried that I would lose data files that I really needed. I dropped off the computer on Thursday and had it back Friday. Not only did he fix my operation system, but he cleaned up some virus and malware issues that had been slowing my system and filling my memory. My computer now boots and runs much more quickly. My desktop PC aquired a very severe malware virus that seriously infected my Windows operating system. I had critical files on the machine that I could not afford to lose. I dropped the machine off at 911 on a Friday night and Tony worked diligently on it over the weekend and had my computer ready on Sunday. These guys are great because they will work after normal business hours and on weekends for no extra charge. Tony even called several times after I brought my computer home to see if it was operating properly. Tony is very patient and takes the time to explain everything. Great customer service! I must start out by saying Tony is great. My computer had been seriously compromised because of my teenage son. Tony had it back working like a charm in a day. I feel he went above and beyond to get my computer working right and backing all my files for me so they wouldn't be lost forever. I can't thank him enough. When I was searching for a repair man I had actually found a lot of them cheaper. But the service you get from Tony is priceless. My netbook came down with a nasty little virus and having no clue where to take it, I did a quick search. Luckily 911 Computer Repair was near the top of the list that popped up. Being in South Tampa, not too far from my home, and having so many good reviews I figured I'd give it a shot. My netbook was nearly dead, so I figured I had nothing to lose. Once I talked to Tony I knew my netbook was going to be just fine. His knowledge of computers is immense! Within 18 hours of dropping off my computer I received a call from him that it was alive and well and could be taken home. The netbook actually was running faster than when it was brand new, plus he freed up enough space to put a good antivirus program on it so this could be prevented in the future. His fee was so reasonable and I was so impressed that I brought my old laptop with me for a much needed tune-up when I picked up my other one. And despite it being a fairly old laptop, he had that one whizzing faster than it had been going in quite some time. Great and fast efficient service. I've been using 911 Computer Repair for a little over 1 year. I somehow got a virus that wouldn't let me run any programs at all. I gave them a call on Wed night the day before Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving Day they came and got my system, which I depend on for communication with my family and friends.. Got my system back on Saturday morning. Because I'm vision impaired, they hooked it back up for me without charge. When my computer wound up with LOTS of viruses, I was sure everything was lost, including many, many photos. Well, we heard from a friend about Tony. Thank goodness!
