Tony has worked on other computers for me previously but this time my laptop crashed and needed my data recovered. He is very good at repairs but lacks ""people"" skills. Yelling at customers to intemidate how every miscommunication is somehow your fault is never good. He put wrong operating system on my laptop and recoverded data from an older compter repair job that I brought to him. Think I will find another technician for any future repairs.
