911 Computer Repair

I was talking to a friend online one afternoon and she mentioned she just got her computor repaired locally in Tampa and he did a great job. The fun part was he did it over the internet. As I had never heard of that before i asked her about it and she had tony contact me by Email. He told me he can fix my computor remotely from Tampa to my house in Hawaii. I said No Ways!. So he showed me. Wow! What an amazing experience. He not only fixed it but it was working as good as it did when i bought it. I brought several of my friends over to my house and had him fix them for me and all the work was perfect. He takes great pride in his work and appreciates getting the feed back. I cannot believe the review I have just read (911 was a horrible experiance!!!!). My first impression of this review was that the reviewer must be a jealous competitor, a confused user who was mistaken about the identity of the company he had done business with, or more likely, a person who had never done business with 911 Computer Repair. Questions also came to mind about the reviewers capacity to provide a competent review. It may seem harsh, but if you read the title and the review, the individual has difficulty even spelling simple common words. Possibly a younger child?? I have been around computers and used computers since the early 1980's and I know a good bit more than a normal everyday user. I was a Network Administrator for a fortune 500 company for 7 years (Tenneco Automotive). There were some very good IT people in that company ... exceptional. I recently met the owner of 911 Computer Repair, Tony. I have written code, trained users, rebuilt networks, built networks from scratch ... etc. However, I have never felt as inexperienced as when Tony, the Owner of 911 Computer Repair, Inc. started assisting with the Network of the company I currently work for as an estimator. He knows the computer industry today. I was in awe of this man’s capabilities. After getting to know him, I consider Tony as one of my best friends and more importantly ... my mentor. I hope someday I know half of what this man knows. If you have computer problems, no matter what the difficulty, Tony and 911 Computer Repair is the company for you. My motherboard went bad, all he had to do was purchase one and install it. Quoted the install to take just 2 weeks. Three months later i got a none working laptop back! Couldn't admit he was wrong, wouldn't return my $490 !!! i had just given him saying it was for work completed, when the laptop didn't even work!!! THIS PLACE HAD DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE, in a messy dirty disgusting little house which doubles as his residence... I doubt he even knows anything anything about computers!!! DON'T TRUST HIM WITH ANYTHING. ESPECIALLY YOUR COMPUTER!!! i have filled a complaint with the B. B.B. ANYWHERE ELSE WOULD BE BETTER>>> SERIOUSLY, ANYWHERE. Cons: EVERYTHING more

excellent fast and freindly service. Pickup and delivery can't be beat! They come to your door or place of business, pick up your system; call you once it's diagnosed and then do the repair! After it's complete they return it the where you want it returned to, all free in south Tampa. In fact, they even have a free online backup service now that can't be beat! more
