Review content:
My desktop PC aquired a very severe malware virus that seriously infected my Windows operating system. I had critical files on the machine that I could not afford to lose. I dropped the machine off at 911 on a Friday night and Tony worked diligently on it over the weekend and had my computer ready on Sunday. These guys are great because they will work after normal business hours and on weekends for no extra charge. Tony even called several times after I brought my computer home to see if it was operating properly. Tony is very patient and takes the time to explain everything. Great customer service! Forget the big-box stores....take your computer to 911. They go the extra mile and I will always use them from now on. Steven.
