The food here is probably worth 5 stars, it is so good, but the length of time to get your order delivered and the cost brings it down to a 4. If the portions were bigger, the price might be a little easier to take. Having said that, I would go there again, but probably dine there instead of having to pay for the delivery fee. more

The food was good but like another reviewer mentioned, the 17% gratuity plus the $6 delivery charge was a bit much considering the food arrived approx an hour and a half after ordering and didn't come with any cutlery/plates/etc. The portions are small for the prices. The Pad Thai did not come with prawns as advertised. more

This is our second time ordering from 3 Thai and using EAT24. While the food is good the portion size between the two orders is somewhat inconsistent for the price. On the first order I ordered 1 extra peanut sauce and this time I ordered 2 extra. The 2 containers we got the second time equal less than the one container on the first order. Now, this could be because we ordered at 5pm on a game day and the resturant was swamped and had to ration. I get that but I was craving a serious amount of peanut sauce! The first time we ordered I asked for mild spice. There was none to speak of. The second time I ordered 2 star/medium spice and it was spicier than anticipated. Possibly we are spice wimps but, for my husband, this was a knock-the-snot-outta-ya level of spice. The food was good and we enjoyed it but we also mixed in some extra rice to cut the spice a bit. Also, charging for the rice is a bummer. The Thai resturants I frequented in Seattle always include rice in the cost of the meal or it's a small ($1 or less) charge. Two to three (or more) dollars extra just for rice is bogus. For reference, our order was Chicken Rama, Chicken Pad Thai, Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls. The fried rice is excellent the next day for breakfast with a fried egg on top. We'll order again but will be much more specific in our notes to the resturant. more

The food quality is quite good. The reason that they are getting a bad review is the price to proportion ratio is VERY poor. They essentially are charging twice as much for half the proportion you would expect and receive from other places. For instance, I ordered a soup for $10 and the container was only half full, and it wasn't a very large one. ON top of that I specified no mushrooms and there were of course, mushrooms. 4 items cost me well over $60 with the mandatory 17% gratuity and the delivery fee, plus tax. I will not be ordering again. I'm perfectly happy to pay $60 if I feel I got $60 worth of food. The prawn appetizer while good, only comes with 6 prawns. Also, rice is extra and costs $3 for the amount other restaurants will either give you for free or at most $.50. more
