This is our second time ordering from 3 Thai and using EAT24. While the food is good the portion size between the two orders is somewhat inconsistent for the price. On the first order I ordered 1 extra peanut sauce and this time I ordered 2 extra. The 2 containers we got the second time equal less than the one container on the first order. Now, this could be because we ordered at 5pm on a game day and the resturant was swamped and had to ration. I get that but I was craving a serious amount of peanut sauce! The first time we ordered I asked for mild spice. There was none to speak of. The second time I ordered 2 star/medium spice and it was spicier than anticipated. Possibly we are spice wimps but, for my husband, this was a knock-the-snot-outta-ya level of spice. The food was good and we enjoyed it but we also mixed in some extra rice to cut the spice a bit. Also, charging for the rice is a bummer. The Thai resturants I frequented in Seattle always include rice in the cost of the meal or it's a small ($1 or less) charge. Two to three (or more) dollars extra just for rice is bogus. For reference, our order was Chicken Rama, Chicken Pad Thai, Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls. The fried rice is excellent the next day for breakfast with a fried egg on top. We'll order again but will be much more specific in our notes to the resturant. more
