The food quality is quite good. The reason that they are getting a bad review is the price to proportion ratio is VERY poor. They essentially are charging twice as much for half the proportion you would expect and receive from other places.
For instance, I ordered a soup for $10 and the container was only half full, and it wasn't a very large one. ON top of that I specified no mushrooms and there were of course, mushrooms.
4 items cost me well over $60 with the mandatory 17% gratuity and the delivery fee, plus tax. I will not be ordering again. I'm perfectly happy to pay $60 if I feel I got $60 worth of food. The prawn appetizer while good, only comes with 6 prawns. Also, rice is extra and costs $3 for the amount other restaurants will either give you for free or at most $.50.
