3 Day Blinds

I've been working with the company (not through the Bellevue location) for over a month to get a soft roman shade (made of fabric) and it appears they are unable to manufacture one to spec. In all fairness, they sub out the manufacturing for these products & their sub isn't able to make one to the proper measurements; they deduct 1/2" from the measurements &, consequently, the blind produced to these measurements is far too small for the window opening. It's completely worthless. Pretty, but worthless. Once I contacted customer service, the rep tried hard to get it resolved, however, he cannot get the sub to make something w/ less than a 1/2" gap in the window--this is unacceptable. When the customer service rep asked for a refund for me, his supervisor denied it. So, I've paid $483.88 & received nothing that will fit my window. Buyer beware & go to your local Calico Corners instead. I am. more

I didnt find these reviews and thought a nationwide company that specializes in blinds would do the best job but i am wrong! The initial consultation lead me to believe i would get prompt quality service but it was the opposite - they came 3 weeks ago after a long waiting period in a team of 2 and took a long time installing but couldnt finish the job due to faulty parts which they promised would be fixed immediately. Im still looking at half finished blinds and the customer service isnthe worst i have experienced. My account was closed even without the job being complete so they have no record of the malfunctioning blinds. Dont deal with this company. I spent thousands on custom blinds and was conned - learn from my experience and go elsewhere! more

this company is a complete scam- they take hundreds of dollars for a product that is rubbish-they use installers who are subcontractors brand new to the business , sales staff who can't tell time or return calls and the only relevance the 3day has is to how long it takes them to take your check, race to the bank and spend the funds. more

Just don't go to 3 Day Blinds. As you can see from other reviews, if you don't have a problem - fine. If you do - forget it. The worst service I have every had. What a mistake!! more

had to call many times and yet no installation after 15 days!! They were quick sending someone for measurement and getting the payment but since (two weeks ago) I have been calling to have it installed and no luck yet!! more

I couldn't be happier with 3 Day Blinds! I was nervous because of the negative reviews below but the service they provided was exactly what I needed. It was perfect for me to have a professional design consultant come to my home and help me decide what would look best in my house based in my colors, lighting, and budget. I'd had a horrible experience in the past making a color decision based on blinds in a showroom and when they arrived they didn't match. No issues this time. I knew what I was getting and that it would be perfect before the blinds arrived.Great service and value! I think that this company had some past issues but based on my experience I think they've really turned things around. more

The absolute worst customer service experience we've ever had. The "design consultant" (salesman) screwed up our order and only half of our blinds were installed. We didn't hear from anyone for a couple of weeks and then we started leaving daily messages with the salesman and service rep which were never returned. Only after threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau did the salesman finally call to schedule the remaining installation, and even then the installer forgot a couple of small pieces which he promised to install the next day, but never did. By then we wanted nothing more to do with this company. My advice: avoid at all costs. more

This place is great. I know they relocated to a better location, and the Design Consultants will bring everything to you. They have added a lot of new products and great quality. I worked for them and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The customers were great but the corporate "support" folks were terrible. They would speak to you in a condecending mannor, my District Manager was a coffee swigging psycho path I swear he is a Sociopath (no conscience) He's always say "where's the coffee cart" HAA what a jerk, Glad I got the hell out of that place, Don't work for them, they'll screw you left right and sideways if you let them..RUN THE OTHER WAY! more

I think my title pretty much speaks for itself. They tried their hardest to service me. They came to my house for a FREE consultation, measured my windows and they gave me a quote right there in my home. They also had a special feature on their system to show me what my windows would look like with each type of blind I was interested in. 3 Day Blinds is the only company in the industry that offers such a fast turn around time. I received several quotes from other companies, but none of them came close to what they could offer. ALL stated that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks. 3 Day definitely got my attention. They also had different shipments for me to choose from. I could decide to get them in 3 days if I needed. They even had a next day air option. The Consultant was very informative of her products, as well as other products available from other blind companies. She even had samples of other companies' products so that I could compare quality. Nothing came even remotely close to theirs. I was also very impressed with their warranty. Without paying any extra fees, I have a lifetime warranty on my blinds for anything you can think of (mechanical problems, cords, etc). Also, they fix their blinds themselves. So, instead of ordering from like Home Depot, and having to send my blind out for repair, I can either drop my blind off at the store, or they will come to my house to repair it. 3 Day Blinds was great from Start to Finish. They WILL have my business for life. more

I just spent the last 25 minutes untangling the cords on my mini blinds....as I do almost daily. I usually like to find the positive in everything...but we had blinds made for our kitchen windows and view doors out to our deck by 3-Day Blinds sometime back and I can't name a thing that is positive about this entire experience. I have Levelor blinds throughout the rest of my house and have had them for over 15 years...they don't fade, tangle, bend , fold, stick, hang unevenly or give me ANY trouble.....The 3-Day blinds (which my husband warned me about in the beginning, as sounding like they might not be quality)...fold and get creases in them when you barely bump them...they never raise or lower evenly...the "slats" of the blinds chip so easily and every day I have at least one run-in with one set. It is simply amazing that I have put up with them this long. I didn't want to have my windows "naked" for as long as it would have take to order the more expensive, higher quality blinds...and you certainly get what you pay for!!!! I contacted them within 2 weeks of the installation ( which by the way wasn't in 3 days but 10 days.)...telling them of all the sticking trouble I was having ...they came out 3-4 times and basically told me if I would have ordered more expensive blinds I wouldn't be having this bad experience...and that since they are all custom made they couldn't do anything about the poor quality purchase I had made!!! I even asked if I could at least get a discount on a more expensive set...and they replied that I had used my new customer discount already and they wouldn't be able to help me any further. This seems to be such bad customer service..I was beside myself...so now I am ordering "REAL" blinds from a business that seems to know about customer satisfaction and they will take 14-21 days to arrive at which time I will throw a party as I throw out these poorly made, poorly installed poorly chosen FAUX mini blinds....over the 2 year period I have tried to work with 3-Day Blinds I have never had anyone call me back....I always have to call them...and they are never available to talk....Please save yourselves a lot of grief and money...and don't shop at 3-Day Blinds... ( Mine was the Southcenter Location)...I'll let you know when the big day arrives and I finally get blinds that actually raise when you pull the cords and lower when you release the cords and HOLD the blinds up when you engage the locking mechanism.....and they will definitely NOT be 3-Day!!!! more
