I've been working with the company (not through the Bellevue location) for over a month to get a soft roman shade (made of fabric) and it appears they are unable to manufacture one to spec. In all fairness, they sub out the manufacturing for these products & their sub isn't able to make one to the proper measurements; they deduct 1/2" from the measurements &, consequently, the blind produced to these measurements is far too small for the window opening. It's completely worthless. Pretty, but worthless. Once I contacted customer service, the rep tried hard to get it resolved, however, he cannot get the sub to make something w/ less than a 1/2" gap in the window--this is unacceptable. When the customer service rep asked for a refund for me, his supervisor denied it. So, I've paid $483.88 & received nothing that will fit my window. Buyer beware & go to your local Calico Corners instead. I am.
