I didnt find these reviews and thought a nationwide company that specializes in blinds would do the best job but i am wrong! The initial consultation lead me to believe i would get prompt quality service but it was the opposite - they came 3 weeks ago after a long waiting period in a team of 2 and took a long time installing but couldnt finish the job due to faulty parts which they promised would be fixed immediately. Im still looking at half finished blinds and the customer service isnthe worst i have experienced. My account was closed even without the job being complete so they have no record of the malfunctioning blinds. Dont deal with this company. I spent thousands on custom blinds and was conned - learn from my experience and go elsewhere!
