The absolute worst customer service experience we've ever had. The "design consultant" (salesman) screwed up our order and only half of our blinds were installed. We didn't hear from anyone for a couple of weeks and then we started leaving daily messages with the salesman and service rep which were never returned. Only after threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau did the salesman finally call to schedule the remaining installation, and even then the installer forgot a couple of small pieces which he promised to install the next day, but never did. By then we wanted nothing more to do with this company. My advice: avoid at all costs. more
