1. Rude, impatient telemarketers working the phones, boiler room vibe 2. Stating that "local regulations require new upgrades because of an Obama Law" -- NOT TRUE! The only change in this business in recent years is the heater itself. It is better insulated in order to be more fuel efficient. Google "Only Heaters" and "1 800 Heaters" and read the reviews. more

Timely, efficient service 12/23/2015

Within 90 minutes of scheduling an appointment, the installer arrived with our new water heater. He disconnected, drained and removed the old water heater and expertly installed the new unit, explaining each step of the process. Upon completion of the installation, including a safety inspection, he cleaned the work area. He even suggested that my wife run a small test run of our washing machine to make sure the water was clean and without discoloration. He explained the necessary paperwork before I signed. Throughout the installation the gentleman was courteous, friendly and professional. more

Bob S. from 1800heaters and Home Depot saved the day! 12/18/2015

When the hot water heater starts leaking the week before Christmas, it's easy to feel bah humbug! Bob came in having brought me a hot water heater, assessed the situation and realized there was much more to the story. The chimney needed work in order to vent properly. Bob did much rearranging and came back with all the supplies and a spare pair of hands and got the job done! He was professional and polite. He explained everything in language that made sense to me. He was thorough and got it all done in the time he said he would. It just doesn't get better than that! Thank you Bob S. and 1800heaters! To Mike, the apprentice: Stick with Bob and learn well. Very good experience 12/6/2015

We had our water heater give out on Thanksgiving Day and we weren't sure we'd be able to get someone out before the following week. We used 1800heaters through Home Depot and were very pleased. The service technician, Sev K., arrived ahead of schedule (which they called to confirm was ok), was very professional and replaced the water heater quickly. He was very careful to clean up afterwards and explained everything he was doing. We would definitely use 1800heaters again. more

Jaimie and his partner on the scheduled day were great. They were polite and respectful when they arrived. They got right to work, explained what they had to do and what to expect, and they left the area clean when they were ready to leave. What more could you ask for from a delivery team. Because of my experience with them, I can highly recommend 1800heaters. more

toilet installation 10/31/2015

Work completed by Mike V to install 3 new toilets purchase from Home Depot was done professionally and with great care. Old hardware boxed and removed from premises. Initial assessment = very satisfied with the product and the installation. Hope we feel the same after continued use. more

My water heater needed to be replaced. The company responded quickly with a service call. The person who came introduced himself as Kevin and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. He assessed the problem, spoke to me about several options pertaining to the installation and quickly got to work. He installed a new heater at a very reasonable price and did the job expediently with no complications. I would definately recommend this company to others, especially if the service people are comparable to Kevin. more

I am very satisfied with the installation of my new water heater, Joe H. the technician did a great job, he knows his trade, he is qualified, fast and neat. I have a complaint with regard to the "Additional non-standard charges", they were more than double of what I was expecting. more

I was serviced by subcontractor for pse and g today had a young John D and he was wonderful may he go on tobe a very good plumbing mechanic and he has a great personality. Good luck more
